Really happy with the work Razo's Waterworks plumbing did installing our home water filter! Mike was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when he was done. The system is working great and we already notice a difference in our water quality. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Mike is an extremely good, experienced and conscientious plumber. Very very honest, reliable, etc. He came on extremely short notice for an emergency situation at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, even though he was headed out the next morning for vacation with his family. The plumbing issue turned out to be quite complicated, because it is an older home and many of the connections and valves were not working properly. But with amazing speed, he resolved all the issues using parts he had available on his truck. No need for visiting again.

I strongly recommend Mike and his plumbing company. It's old fashioned, honest, competent work from someone who is very fair-minded. But at the same time quite fast! You should have seen him work the brass fittings using a combination of the oldest and the very newest technologies in rapid succession.

Hired Mike Razzo again to run a natural gas line. Mike goes above and beyond to get the work done. What impresses me is his committment to customer service and communications.

Great experience with Mike! He replaced my washer and dryer outlets efficiently and with high-quality workmanship. Everything was done cleanly and on time, and he took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Mike for reliable and professional service.

Waterworks Mike Razo came to estimate a shower repair and wound up fixing the toilet just like new! Nice work, Mike! Next week on the shower. Prices are fair!

He is the BEST plumber. Unbelievable work he did my home and explained very well how the soft water system works. I highly recommend him.

I had an emergency leak and called Mike for help — he responded immediately and showed up within the hour. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem on the spot. The quality of his work was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for an emergency call. Mike is professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber — he truly went above and beyond!

Our kitchen sink had a leak…what to do and who to call on Saturday afternoon. Water under the sink …puddles and this was a slow leak that was getting worse. Our neighbor recommended Mike…so that is who I called…not expecting much since this was a weekend and mid afternoon. Mike called me back and was at our house that afternoon to fix the problem and also gave extra advice on other issues related to water softener equipment already in our house. If you’re like me and have experienced not so great results with contractors then finding someone like Mike is rare find indeed. Highly recommend you try Mike for your next plumbing fix.
